My private classes are great way to dive deeper into your practice and give attention to any areas you’d like to explore.

They’re more relaxed and informal than large classes in packed yoga studios. The best thing about them is that you don’t need to feel intimidated by other students who might be more flexible or “better” than you are. You get to practice from the comfort of your own home!

This option is perfect for those who want that extra bit of attention and motivation to kick start their yoga journey or take it to the next level. We can discuss what you may need from the class, what you want to work and any goals you may have for your practice. I’m trained to teach Vinyasa, Yin and Yoga Nidra, so there are plenty of options for us to explore together!

Whether you are very busy and need to make the most of your time, or have a unique schedule and studio times don’t work well for you, you my private sessions will let you to find a time that fits into your schedule.
